The bungalow’s exterior charm was retained by preserving original details and restoring materials, but with a new color palette.
An overcrowded and cumbersome utility closet in the corner of the kitchen was removed to create a functional laundry space. New appliances are located under the counter and can be concealed with cabinetry doors when not in use.
The bar alcove offers open shelving for display and storage, with a stainless steel countertop to prepare drinks.
