Situated to give privacy to the main house and not overpower the rear of the lot, this accessory dwelling unit is tucked in the rear corner of the property with alley access. Our clients requested a small scale structure with some old-home charm and detailing at the exterior. The front porch offers a view of the massive Live Oak tree in the backyard.
The interior living and kitchen spaces are voluminous, making the small footprint feel more expansive. Large windows provide ample natural light throughout each room.
The ADU has a private drive just off the alley at the rear of the property. The grand Live Oak provides a stunning backdrop for both the main residence and ADU. Great care was taken to protect the tree throughout design and construction.
