Though no project is typical, we follow established methods and fees to ensure a streamlined process. Our services are invoiced hourly, with the exception of Step 1 of the design process. Our clients can expect architectural fees to range from 10-12% of the overall construction cost depending on the complexity of the project. Our design process includes the following steps.
We begin by meeting with you to better understand your vision for the project.We’ll ask you to prioritize your goals with a Client Wish List that captures the needs and desires of those who will live, play, or work in the space. This interview process is critical because it serves as the definitive guide for the design requirements of the project.
We serve and guide clients from the beginning of the design process to the end of construction for residential and small commercial projects.
We select interior elements including finishes, fixtures, and furnishings that integrate with the architecture.
